I want to indulge in a drive-thru breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. However, that may cause me to be tardy to work (sigh). …and less well off financially. And if I cave into the temptations on the Dollar Menu, I’ll be even less healthy.

    Then I hit upon the best possible answer. I made breakfast sandwiches at home that were similar to Egg McMuffins, and I will never eat at that chain again. You and your team won’t be disappointed if you try them.

    Methods for Preparing Sandwiches for Breakfast That Can Be Frozen

    These breakfast sandwiches are similar to those sold by fast food restaurants, but they can be produced at home for a fraction of the price and with far fewer ingredients. Each member of the family may make their unique sandwich. Substitute different toppings, eliminate the meat, or add additional eggs to your sandwich to make it more filling. (Hint: whole wheat English muffins also work great here… although they are smaller and fluffy.

    Step 1: Egg Preparation

    Get your oven ready by setting the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl after cracking the eggs into the basin. Pour into a sprayed 13×9-inch baking pan. Put in the oven and cook for 15-18 minutes or until the center is firm. Air-cool on a rack.

    Step 2: Prepare the muffins by slicing them in half, toasting them, and buttering them

    In other words, going the additional mile is worthwhile. Even after going through the freezer and microwave on its route to your plate, toasting makes a muffin crispier. To gently toast the muffin halves, use a standard toaster or bake them at 325°F for 12-15 minutes.

    Then, use one teaspoon of the melted butter to cover the bottom of each muffin.
